Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish) – Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Representative comfortable selling and building rapport with clients to work for our company LandContractHomesIN.com 

We are looking for a Bilingual Licensed Real Estate Agent.  This is an entry level position, if you have a strong sales background, we would be willing to hire the right person and pay for them to get their Real Estate License. The earning opportunities are endless and we currently have homes for you to sale right away!

This position offers significant opportunities for long-term growth. Our company, Grise Home and Property Group, LLC does business as BenBuysIndyHouses.com, InvestWithBen.com, and LandContractHomesIN.com is a small operation, but growing very rapidly. We are looking to expand our reach into the Hispanic market of Indianapolis. This growth will provide the right candidate the opportunity for significant growth.

No prior experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish – speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • You Must Have an Outgoing Personality Type
  • You Must Have a Strong Customer Service mentality. You will be working with customers daily.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You will be working with other real estate agents, title companies, landlords, buyers, sellers, lenders and many other people in the real estate industry.
  • You must be highly organized
  • You must be motivated to close the deal
  • You must be willing to meet prospective clients on weekends in order to get the sale
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to drive to appointments
  • You Must be familiar with business software and comfortable on the computer

Bonus Consideration Will be Given to candidates who:

Have strong technology skills and are comfortable using social media platforms, and the internet.

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills both English and Spanish

Understand marketing, in particular how to take advantage of Direct Response Marketing, the internet, networking, and word-of-mouth advertising.

Every day will be different, and the person will be expected to pitch in and contribute to the entire team’s success. Additional duties may include:

Assisting with most aspects of real estate transactions — dealing with customers and prospective customers, helping with paperwork, sending out housing comps, etc.

Helping with things in the field — putting up open house signs, opening doors for house showings, etc. Driving will be required.

Other customer service duties as needed — calling utility companies, contacting contractors and other service providers, etc.

Organizing paper work and keeping track of business expenses

Updating the customer database.

Helping with marketing activity — particularly on our website and on social media

Attending networking events and spreading the word about our company and what we have to offer as it pertains to those attending the networking event.
