It is now required by the Federal Government that home buyers be presented a loan in a certain way so that the buyer understands their loan. It is also important to make sure that home buyers are not rushed into a loan. It is the RMLO’s job to make sure your loan is compliant with current rules and regulations. This is exactly what we all want; a legal and fair loan process. We may even pay for your Mortgage Certification Class under certain conditions. It is a top priority for us that you know and understand the importance of the agreement(s) you are signing.
